Little Green 0 – 0 St Joseph’s
Like a game of chess, two fantastic football teams played out one of the most entertaining nil-nil draws I’ve ever had the privilege to watch, and being a Watford fan, I’ve seen a few. From the beginning the game was end-to-end with some brilliant defensive challenges going in. The Little Green defence should be proud of how disciplined they were with their marking, shape and tackling. The result means both teams remain unbeaten this season with all to play for in their remaining games. Well done Greens.
A rematch, in the shape of a friendly, is already on the cards when the light after school is a bit better in the spring.
