In our Buddy Assemblies today, we talked about being kind. It’s easy, simple and free! When we are kind and thoughtful towards others, it makes them happy. It also makes us feel good too! Furthermore, it’s a scientific fact that being kind releases happy chemicals in our brain called Oxytocin!
