The gallery in this post shows some good examples of a positive attitude to learning in Rowan, a key part of our school ethos. Some children, without being asked, choose to diligently take notes during lessons to help them with their understanding and independent work. Others have inventive ways of learning our spellings, such as ‘fingerprint’ spelling. Perhaps most importantly, it has been brilliant to see positive mindsets in lessons – the above example highlights this by noting that algebra is only hard if you say it is hard! Keep up the good work being role models.
